We are introducing without makeup inkjet printer (Industrial Ink-Jet Printer E200plus)

This printer is fully Electronic without CORE system & does not have any air pump, viscosity control unit, filters, etc. & so there is no maintenance required (No AMC). It does not require separate make up as everything is included in the disposable ink cartridges making it very user friendly for the Operator.

• Printing result: - Single head is 128 points, the longitudinal resolution is 185 DPI, horizontal is adjustable from 100 to 400DPI. Unlimited lines in useful height. Micro-dot technique with perfect printing result can be print different type of fonts (Plain and Dot matrix) and logo or bar code.
• Printing height: - 0.7mm-17.5mm (a single head)
• Printing speed: - Not influenced by fonts or lines, as fast as 35m/min 40m/min is OK
• Printing distance: - 1-10mm from the product，nearer
• Ink performance: - Solvent base ink, the drying time is 3 to 20s on non-porous surface, slower.

• Environmental situation: - Ink is not cycled, little or no irritant smell, and ink environmental authentication.
• Printhead Level : - The printhead level should be adjusted because it is working with natural pressure. No pumps or no valves exist which adjust the pressure in the system. So, it has very few parts in its ink circulation system
• Starts and stop printing: - E200plus can immediately starts printing. Instant Startup within 1 minute for the first print with print head cleaning & instant shutdown within 1 minute.
• Technical assistance: - Almost 80% problems of the E200plus can be handled on the phone.
